This Sunday 10 November 2024 sees us giving thanks for the work of our hands, the fruits of our labours and our service in God’s vineyard.
We also welcome The Most Reverend Jeremy Greaves, Archbishop of Brisbane.
Thanksgiving Sunday is the parish opportunity to bless the works of our hands and give thanks for the work in ministry in the vineyard. Offerings of craft, produce, food items and general creativity will be presented by members of the flock as well as symbols of the ministries our folk are or have been engaged in within the parish and the wider community.
During Morning tea there will be an auction for the produce/craft/baking etc. We think ++Jeremy is suitably excited at the idea of being our auctioneer… an Archbishop needs many skills!
